My experience with Portland motor works has been absolutely the best. They are extremely knowledgeable very honest and fun to deal with They took care of all my needs in a very professional manor and went over and above on several items I would reccommend them to anyone who needs service on their Audi or BMW

When they found out that they weren't able to do the repairs I wanted, they actually gave me my car back free of charge! Every other mechanic shop I've ever been to would have charged me $300+ just for looking at it, and held my keys hostage until I paid up, but instead these guys chose to be decent folks! Their technicians don't always communicate effectively with their receptionist, but their receptionist is the most polite & pleasant that I have ever met in any business! I hope they find better vendors, and I hope these guys stay in business!

PMW is AMAZING!!!! I’ve been utilizing their services for a couple of years now, and they truly take the BEST care of you!!! From making sure you understand your car’s issues to flexibility to highly professional expertise, they’re going to make sure you have everything you need to get your car serviced and back on the road ASAP! They even support with providing a loaner car when available so you don’t have to sit waiting for hours!! I was recommended by a friend, and will continue to go back until my car’s dying breath!!

Emily is awesome, we worked together to file a mutual customer's extended warranty claim which the vehicle was at another dealership and was quoted more than needed for repairs, She confirmed what was needed for the customer . You can really tell this shop and its employees care about the level of service they provide.
